We are seeking the opportunity to develop business alliances with international training organisations and end users eg: hospitals and other allied health care providers who require training for existing/new staff or provide training throughout the community to promote employment and lower skills shortages.
Ideally, we would like to secure contracts to deliver our specialised health care and medical training services to end users.
An ideal distribution model for Adept would include;
- Partnering with an experienced health care educational consultant on the ground in UAE;
- Strategic collaboration with end users (health care organisations, colleges & hospitals);
- Access to adequate tools, facilities and funding for high quality training;
- Financial support adequate to enable Adept mentor UAE trainers, monitor progress and to ensure quality standards are met
Pathology training
We deliver pathology training to individuals who require the skill of collecting blood or inserting cannula in their place of work. There are various units of competency embedded in the qualification. We are able to identify areas of skill needs in healthcare organisations, develop and deliver training in the workplace or train new candidates ready for employment. Trainees will learn how to work with clients in a health care setting, demonstrate competent care for variety of testing methods, procedures and assist medical personnell with patient care.
The training can be delivered in a variety of settings. we strongly advocate for flexibility through our training practices and assessment methods.
Aged care nursing
This is a basic nursing qualification ideally suited to nursing assistants and individuals who are entering the workforce and need to provide basic care. We are able to identify areas of skill needs in healthcare organisations and develop training to suit those needs.
This training enables existing staff to advance their skills in a number of areas and may also be offered to workers seeking employment.
The qualification can be delivered flexibly and incorporates many different methods for learning.
We have a very good position in Australia and work closely with the industry to continuously monitor and promote our training capabilities to ensure we are responding to the needs of our end users.
Our services reflect attention to detail, industry/needs, customer and diligence.
Pathology collecting in particular is Adept’s speciality niche training avenue. We have excellent facilitators, great training methodology and positive feedback from industry and customers.
