Austofix has a modern medical device manufacturing facility complete with Class 3500 clean-room, fully licenced to global manufacturing standards. The Austofix quality management system is fully certified to ISO 13485:2003 and has CE approval.
Austofix exports the Austofix Intramedullary Nailing system. This system includes intramedullary nails for the internal fixation of all major fractures of the humerus, femur and tibia. The system comprises multiple implant types with simple, high quality instrumentation.
The Austofix Intramedullary Nailing System is designed by orthopaedic surgeons and has been in use for over 13 years.
Austofix nails come in a variety of configurations and offer a variety of design features that improve patient outcomes and make the surgical procedure easier. The Austofix system is comparable to all major nailing systems available today.
