Safety Retractable Syringe - The BMDi safety retractable syringe virtually eliminates the possibility of sharps injuries to health professionals when the needle is retracted into the casing of the syringe. This safety syringe is a simple, single handed operation and the waste item has no sharps to injure workers and prevents reuse.
Needle Disposal System - The BMDi nomoresharps® system combines a high grade stainless steel cutting device and a removable sharps collector. The system amputates the hub and needle destroying both syringe and needle, the needle drops into the container and the syringe is unusable and treated as normal clinical waste. This system is cost effective and portable and ideal for use in developing countries and multilateral vaccination programs.
