The following rules apply to the use of exhibitor passes:
-
Exhibitor passes will be distributed at the Exhibitor Briefing, on Tuesday 13 November on the Australian Stand in Germany.
-
Exhibitor passes are not required during construction and deconstruction periods.
-
Exhibitor passes are for the exclusive use of the exhibitors and may not be transferred to third parties.
-
Passes also entitle holders to free public transport within certain boundaries to and from the Messe showgrounds within Düsseldorf. Refer to Travelling to/from Düsseldorf for specific details.
Each allocated booth space will be equipped with the following items:
Austrade’s appointed stand construction company will be responsible for the construction and furnishing of the Australian Stand. This includes any additional requirements for exhibitors in regards to their display or stand, eg. modifying the stand structure, carpet, lighting, electrical outlets, additional furniture, display items or any other special services not already provided in the Exhibitor Package.
Exhibitors should NOT order anything directly through the Messe Düsseldorf in relation to the stand or booth without consultation with the project manager Christina.Murphy@austrade.gov.au for the Australian Stand.
As all exhibitor posters will be produced and mounted by the Australian appointed stand designer this year please remember to complete your Artwork specifications for your company poster(s) and load this to the PICO site by 21 September 2007.
Exhibitors will not be permitted to hang posters other than those produced by the appointed stand designer so it is important that you read the Artwork specifications and meet the stated deadline.
Important note:
-
The cost of any additional requirements ordered will need to be met by the exhibitor either before or on-site at the exhibition - depending on the nature of the service.
-
Companies displaying products are advised to ensure they fit within the limits of their booth dimensions, which includes the wall panels and bench top.
-
While exhibitors are able to relocate lose fittings such as counters and shelving within their booth space, the fixed structure of the stand (including wing panels) will not be modified in any way to accommodate an individual exhibitor.
All exhibitors must set-up their booth on Tuesday 13 November, which is the day prior to the official opening.
Please be aware that it does not present a professional image for the Australian industry if exhibitors attempt to set their booths up on the opening day.
The attached booth space allocation plan highlights where your company will be located on the stand. Please be aware that exhibitors have been placed with as much consideration for individual needs as possible, while maintaining the structural integrity of the stand and working within the space configuration available.
