Menette Pty Ltd, a division of Leighton Contractors, has over 14 years experience in direct management and supervision of facilities management in private, private/public (co-located hospitals) and public hospitals throughout Australia. This work has included both the takeover of existing facilities management services and the development of entirely new services. In addition to hospitals, our facilities management experience extends to aged care (metropolitan and regional), radiology, pathology centres and associated businesses.

We are regularly requested by health care facilities to evaluate processes and address service delivery shortcomings for engineering and biomedical engineering services.  C3 was developed to allow us to effectively monitor corporate governance, cost management and compliance within our clients’ healthcare environment.

C3 includes an eight-step process designed to determine the problems, implement improved systems, establish properly contracted services and institute the hand over to the healthcare facility of an efficiently operating engineering or biomedical engineering service department

PRisM

PRisM has been developed to measure objectively property-based risks and it maintains a register of those risks.  It provides Boards with a tool with which to demonstrate management of Corporate Governance. PRisM has the ability to not only record the risks but also to actively manage the remediation process and record all actions taken through to closure.

Total FMS

Our software development team has developed a Computerised Maintenance Management System (Total FMS) designed exclusively to manage health care facilities.  Our extensive health care knowledge has assisted in the development of the software, ensuring our clients are provided with a system that is pertinent to their environment.
