Thomson Adsett provides specialist architectural, interior and planning expertise in the development of health, aged care and retirement specific services and buildings in Australia and Internationally. Founded as an architectural Practice in Australia, the group takes on a wider health planning, design and management role when providing international services. We do not compete with local architects. We work along side local architectural firms by bringing international health planning, health care and aged care expertise. The services that we offer begin at a pre-design or briefing stage for complex healthcare facilities. Our Health Planning and Project Definition Planning ensure that expensive health care facilities are purpose designed.
The Thomson Adsett Group specialises in a large range of small to large-scale Hospital and Aged Care projects and Retirement Communities. Our experience includes involvement in Health Planning, Care Package Design, Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Feasibility Studies and Master Planning in the pre-design phase to establish the best development options and the viability of a project. We are looking for opportunities in the above arena as separate projects or with the opportunity to JV with local architects and service providers. We also look for opportunities to provide link management to bring together international businesses and expertise in the Cares Services industries.
Our Global Health Network team brings together a wealth of experiences in the Care Services Sector and includes Senior Architects, Health Planners Registered Nurses, Interior Designers, and Project Planners we look forward to working collaboratively with services in country as well as providing our own expertise to projects.

Our high rate of repeat business and the growth of the company’s reputation attest to our ability to meet the objectives of our clients with responsibility, creativity and sensitivity.
To be successful and competitive in today’s rapidly changing market place, health and aged care facility planners need to address the enormous changes and trends confronting Hospitals, Aged Care Facilities and Lifestyle Retirement Options.
The rising cost of health care, the changing nature of disease patterns and the emphasis on high quality health care delivery are major forces shaping today’s planning efforts. These forces, as well as advancements in technology have created rapidly changing environments within health and aged care facilities. Thomson Adsett are ready for these changes.
Our Care Services facility development process responds to changing trends and offers alternative opportunities for appropriate solutions. When the decision is taken to expand a facility by either building a new complex or remodelling existing areas, a well-organised plan is developed so that not only current needs but also future demands will be addressed.
