Since the introduction of the laryngeal mask in 1998, airway management of the patient has changed dramatically all around the world. Ultimate Medical has been quick to seize on many opportunities to develop accessories. The T-Bag is used in recovery to deliver supplementary oxygen to patients who have returned from theatre with a laryngeal mask still in place. The “cuff pilot” will provide for the first time, an indication of the pressure in the cuff of the laryngeal mask. The “SafeBite” provides protection of the mask from the patient biting down on the tube. Our unique “Sprayglyde” is the first ‘spraying’ gel which is used on laryngeal masks and insertion tubes, endoscopic products and scanning devices.
