The e-Health Research Centre is a national research facility in ICT for health care innovations. A joint venture between CSIRO and the Queensland Government, the Centre aims to improve the quality and safety of healthcare for individuals and communities through ICT research focused on applied outcomes and active adoption by the health system.
The e-Health Research Centre is seeking research and commercialisation partnership opportunities.
- Health Data Integration (HDI)
- Cancer Stage Interpretation System (CSIS)
- Care Assessment Platform (CAP)
- Biomedical Imaging
The largest single-funded e-Health research and development facility in the Southern Hemisphere, the EHRC comprises a multi-disciplinary team approaching 50 staff, including world-renowned researchers, software engineers and PhD students, dedicated to excellence in research and health services. Distinctiveness for the e-Health Research Centre comes from the flexibility to draw from the broad spectrum of expertise available across the CSIRO and channel this into focussed projects with national health partners. www.e-/hrc.net
